FarmaTouch.

Farmatouch aims to change the way we buy medicine. The current process is too complicated, with outdated technology and a frustrating, fragmented system. The pharmacy industry has been resistant to change, ignoring the needs of its long-standing customers. Our goal was to create a visual identity that showcased Farmatouch’s special offerings and develop clear messaging that addressed all customer needs directly.

Right from the start, our collaboration with Farmatouch involved looking into the singular needs and challenges faced by this online pharmacy. Armed with this deep understanding, we developed a comprehensive brand strategy and designed a user-friendly website that not only highlighted the company's core values but also delivered a seamless and intuitive experience for both patients and healthcare providers.

Goal.

Throughout the entire process, we prioritized transparent communication with the Farmatouch team, ensuring that their vision worked well with our creative endeavors. Together, we forged an outstanding brand identity and digital footprint. Distinguishing them as not only unique but also establishing them as a true industry leader. +1360 screens, +64 reusable components and +30 prototypes were created.

The result.

After extensive research, workshops, and proposals, acomprehensive rebrand with a new visual identity and messaging/positioning strategy was created.

Using a very agile and collaborative process, a new visual language and mobile experience was successfully created within 4 months. I’m looking forward to seeing how my shared vision of the Farmatouch digital platform will help customers to easily purchase medical products throughout LATAM.
